Never shows up to look at properties, doesn't give change when you go to pay a special Levy. Charges outlandishly for strata fees and ridiculous rates for sundries.
Everything about this business is trash. Hands down one of the worst management company i have ever dealt with. I have no idea how they are still in business. Probably funded by old uneducated people who have got nothing to do in their lives than piss others off. Long story short if you see this business managing building/complex you are looking to buy property in “ RUN, RUN and RUN ” even if it’s 200k lower than market value.
Unprofessional, unethical, incompetent, corrupt and inexperienced. All 5 star review are paid for.
