Found this apartment by accident. Was looking at another Ridgetop property and heard about Leonia Manor. Newly redone apartment, washer and dryer in unit. Brand new appliances in kitchen, whole place has a modern feel. Property is well kept and landscaped weekly. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and efficiently. Great neighborhood and convenient to busses, schools and shopping. I highly recommend checking this place out.
Leonia manor exceeded all my expectations. The location is fantastic, with easy access to express bus(to NYC, 166T) and plenty of stores in walking distance (restaurants, Hmart, nail shops, 반찬가게, 떡집 etc) . The apartment itself was beautifully constructed and immaculately clean. Additionally, the leasing office team and property management team (especially Maia!) was incredibly responsive and helpful.
