Today 10/1/20 my 13 year old Bella was put to rest, bc she was sick. I have never had to put down a fur baby before and I cannot begin to tell you how horrific our experience was but I’m gonna try. We took her with her blanket, thinking that would bring her comfort while either my husband or myself held her. Vet was rude. Charged me 20.00 for each kitten for a toenail trim. Then told me when I complained he didn’t need my business.
RecommendedThis year I had to take my dog to get her teeth cleaned and some removed. Everything went as they had explained. Price was fair.

Front desk was automatically rude we just left. No need to even deal with the rest.
It's not a warm, friendly feeling in there. No assistant. Expects you to pay high dollar & be his assistant!! The person working front desk is rude. My cat is a inside cat & used as a therapy/ calming for my Autistic daughter, so we took our cat in to have front claws removed........ He missed a nail! In the end...... to have my male cat fixed, shots, & front claws removed....... it was $380 dollars
they are rude af to you when you walk in. the vet was rude, irritated .
The front desk person is extremely nasty & I have heard the owners of the pets treated are almost disregarded & made to feel like an annoyance. A little compassion goes a long way, sounds to me that this office needs to learn how to utilize just that.
the vet is very rude and apparently on a Budget or just cheap and not wanting to pay for a vet assistant.
