I was going to schedule an appointment and I decided to stay on the phone, so long story short after waiting 30 minutes someone answered and I was just telling her that I need to set an appointment because I am a new patient, she hung up on me, ok, so I was thinking maybe the line just dropped, I called again, I was on hold waiting patiently for an hour and 2 minutes until someone answered and I had explained my reason for making an appointment, she hung up again… like wtf… I did not expect something like that to happen. Very frustrating. I recently moved out of state and ran out of my blood pressure medicine. I have had strokes and need my blood pressure in check. I need more medicine. I have not found a new doctor and fear going in a medical office due to Covid. I am also anemic and the office knows that. While on the phone I explain my case to doctor Leong’s assistant and she as well as the office manager refused to even approve a limited emergency amount. I normally don’t write reviews. It’s rare. Something has to be either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad for me to feel compelled to post a review. That said, my latest experience with Dr. Leong’s office was exceptionally bad. Please don’t bother with this doctor’s office. I The doctor used to be a wonderful doctor.
