Loved my dental hygienist Rica! She does a fantastic job, she’s attentive, gentle & effective. My teeth feel so clean and good after I get my teeth cleaned by her. Every time I see Rica we have good conversations & she makes me feel at ease. I’m moving off the island soon, but I’m glad my experiences here have been as great as they’ve been. I usually dont do reviews on detail clinic, but I am going to do this one. Best customer service ever. They made so comfortable at some point I felt at home. The nurse, I can not spell her name right Kathy, I think, or Katie. She was very nice and very friendly. She did my cleaning and I felt so new again. Thank you so much for all the help and advice. I highly recommend Leong Family Dental.
If you don't care about genuine dental treatment and don't mind service that is irrelevant to your actual dental needs, this is the right place for you. I went to Leong Family Dental because I was in severe pain and this was the closest to my home. During my initial visit(exam and cleaning) which took less than 30 minutes, they told me that my tooth was in pain because of reduced gum and needing to use sensitive toothpaste. This review isn't aimed at the Leong staff but at Dr. Kevin Leong. Today, my four-year-old had his six-month cleaning. Typically, he sees Kathy as his dental hygienist, but for some reason, Dr. Kevin was scheduled to clean my son's teeth today. I had my son sit back, and the Doctor began brushing his teeth without easing him into the procedure—he didn't introduce the tools, offer him a choice of flavored toothpaste, or give him glasses to block the bright light.
