Today, I went in for a yearly check and expressed some concerns I had about no follow up regarding my diabetes checkups and my health records being received. My medication was stopped and there was no message, text, email, letter or call from her office that I needed to come in and be seen. Dr. Regan Leyva is a caring and knowledgeable medical professional.
God had me at the right place, at the right time, with the right doctor! I was visiting my son in Carlsbad for Christmas and had a heart attack as I was planning to leave the city. I ended up at Carlsbad Medical Center on December 26th and Dr. Ryan placed a stent in my heart which saved my life. If I lived in Carlsbad, I would definitely want her as my doctor!
Dr. Amanda Ryan and all of her staff are exceptionally thorough. They are so nice and always take time to answer questions, review test results with me, explain diagnosis, and come up with a plan for treatment. My sister had a heart attack while visiting from AZ. She had to have surgery, and she was very impressed with Amanda’s surgical team!
I wonder who the people are leaving these good reviews about this guy . I would not recommend this doctor. Reason being is he's always in a rush and he's kind of rude. I visited with him four to five times and every time I go back it's like we're starting over. I got to tell him the same symptoms I was having a on my first visit and I'm just not getting nowhere with him. He's always in a rush and seems like he can care less. I'm just being honest
Recently during my first appt Dr. Perez-Limonte was very patient and understanding and gave generously of his time to help me find an effective treatment plan for my 37 year struggle with migraines. I greatly appreciate his compassion and dedication to helping me deal with the severe pain and also going above & beyond to help me with my insurance company, prescriptions, etc. Really could not have asked for more! Appreciate the excellent care. Highly recommend.

Her understanding, willingness to give us the best care possible. My husband newly diagnoses with esophageal cancer she went above and beyond to coordinate all my husband's care and even caring for me for me. She put everything in motion within 48 hours for us. She explained what was going on and the best opportunity for our situation. We trust her very much.
Dr. Mamsa took the time to thoroughly check my overall condition, review my tests, address medical concerns not immediately the focus of this appointment, and make good recommendations. The only quality she lacks is the experience in Albuquerque to make well-informed referrals but she seems resourceful enough to consult colleagues and do the necessary research.
