Bought my condo 5 months ago and I have ten leaks. The builder ignores your calls. It’s not important to him that your foundation that you paid tons of money for is crumbling. He has a basement guy who is unprofessional. To my understanding he did the basements in this subdivision. Plymouth Village. The basement guy made three appointments and canceled two of them. Impossible to work with. Selling new homes with crumbling foundations plus about 20 things already damaged on the main floors of the home. Had 2 experts confirm. Refused to assist with repairs.
