Worst workmanship I’ve ever seen. Have had to replace every single cupboard door hinge, they used the cheapest of EVERYTHING! Still trying to find a carpenter who can fix the wall in my bathroom attached to the showerx, a 3 inch gap . Cracks all over including ceilings. So sad.
Bought my condo 5 months ago and I have ten leaks. The builder ignores your calls. It’s not important to him that your foundation that you paid tons of money for is crumbling. He has a basement guy who is unprofessional. To my understanding he did the basements in this subdivision. Plymouth Village. The basement guy made three appointments and canceled two of them. He never called me to cancel he just never showed up. Horrible. I’ve talked to multiple neighbors of mine and all of their basement have a ton of cracks in them. ... read more
Impossible to work with. Selling new homes with crumbling foundations plus about 20 things already damaged on the main floors of the home. Had 2 experts confirm. Refused to assist with repairs.
