took my truck in because my battery wasnt being charged. they guy (cant remember his name) looked and tested my alt, battery, and the cables. he found the conections had coraded. he cleaned it and still found the alt was dead. he ordered a new one and the part showed up about 15 mins later. was there for about an hour and a half. very friendly!

Let me start by saying this is the only review I have written on Yelp. This place is an absolute joke. The worst business transaction I've ever been a part of auto or otherwise. I go out to my car one morning and it doesn't start. I try jumping it and that does nothing. I call AAA who send a truck to tow my car to a local auto shop. The tow truck driver was quick and professional, I had no issues with him or that service. After a long trip back from Texas my car broke down after leaving the airport. Steve at Tel-wick was extremely accommodating and assisted me in quickly getting back on the road so I could continue my trip but up north. My car has been running fabulous and I had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff at this shop. Thanks for all your help!!!
