Charged me just to send an email for $45.00. And then never got back to me. I don’t believe the email actually went through. I had to call them multiple times for updates and they still didn’t have anything for me. I went to AAA and got everything done for no charge.
They have bad customer service lady is very rude and have no knowledge of penndot registrations I came there to register my bot truck in she didn’t know what a APPORTIONED account is which is a mv-556. They don’t even deserve a one star the also don’t answer they phone.
I purchased a mobile home and I've been dealing with them for 6 months to get the title and I still don't have the title. Every time I go down to talk to someone it's always a different employee and it's a different excuse every time. Even the supervisor!! To this day I still don't have a title! I do not recommend them at all. Next option is I will call the state
I needed to get my plate after moving from Tennessee. The woman I worked with was so so helpful! I would definitely recommend!
Very good customer service and reliable service not only the two ladies are very friendly and helpful and respectful. I would not go to any other tag and title company
