RecommendedMy tire fell off of my car and they were very helpful! Service was quick (one day) and they were very accommodating with talking to my dad in New York while also keeping me in the loop.
They towed my car from an accident. They all were very kind. When I came to get some of my belongings, they were very compassionate and showed great empathy. They kindly helped me get my license plate and talked to me about what is likely to happen and answered all my questions. My two children (3) and (5) were present. My mom's car broke down along I-79 and we were assisted by Leonard's Towing. Jason was the gentleman who rescued us and he was awesome! He arrived promptly, he knew exactly where to find us, and was kind and courteous during the drive to the garage. Their employee Christy also went above and beyond after I discovered that I left my water bottle in the tow truck a few days after. Had a great experience here! They were super quick and friendly. Would recommend.
We had a pretty serious accident and the driver came out to get our car. We rode back to the shop with him to wait for family to come down and get us. He was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend them if you are ever in the need for a tow service.

Leonard's was very polite and helpful. After hitting a deer, they took the stress off of us and assisted in having our vehicle towed to our dealership- about an hour+ away. Thankful to have worked with them.
