After choosing Tahiti quartzite I called my rep at Leonardos to voice concerns I read about regarding water absorption issues. He assured me it would be sealed and that they back up all their work. I had to pay in full before the install. The day the island and countertops were installed the installers told me they were wet but would never dry in their shop.
