After choosing Tahiti quartzite I called my rep at Leonardos to voice concerns I read about regarding water absorption issues. He assured me it would be sealed and that they back up all their work. I had to pay in full before the install. The day the island and countertops were installed the installers told me they were wet but would never dry in their shop. I called my rep immediately to say they looked very different from what I had chosen and maybe they should hold off on the backsplash.They said Leonardo is out of the co... read more
Overall, happy with our experience. One of the measurers, and all of the installers did an incredible job. I had trouble with communicating with our salesperson, and the first installer that came out was a bit rude. I was told to make a 50% deposit if I wanted to keep our install date and came in to drop a check to continue the project, but was told the very next day I had to pay the full price. Beginning to end, I can't recommend the team at Leonardo's enough! I got insane pricing and long lead times from another company and Leonardo's kept my basement project rolling!!! Install was a breeze!
