This is just terrible, every single time I’ve called the wait time has been tremendous and getting worse. I know I have my chart you don’t have to remind me but there are things you need to speak with a representative for. All I want is an appt and when you do get it, it’s a hassle to change it when you want to call and change or a simple live answer. They lost my husband as a pt, they lost my daughter as a pt and now fortunately myself. I thought I would give them a try again but it has not changed. They really need help….
