I was very surprised the awful quality of their work and how rude the workers were. My partner and me chose our best cozy engagement ring (because I didn't like a too flashy one, and I loved its design) from Swarovski Created Diamond, and took it to this place to resize. After resize, there were a couple of spots on the ring. Besides when I picked it up, the worker said "Your ring is not very good for the price. The stone is too tiny and too expensive" to me and my partner, and started to show their products in the showcase.... read more
