Dr. Mendez has been taking care of me for decades. I have numerous issues, lupus, and Crohn’s disease. Dr. Mendez is caring and always takes a long time listening. He never rushes as so often seems the case with doctors these days. His staff is also so friendly and responsive. I have had numerous procedures, endoscopy and colonoscopy, and the hospital staff assisting him often note how he is the best to work with - high praise indeed to know when you are under anesthesia and have no idea what is going on!
Dr Mendez has been looking after my wife and I for over a decade. There's no better Dr doing the GI care. Thanks Doc!
The doctor is fine, but the staff are awful and inept. They don't understand insurance companies or their own billing systems, and have been sending us incorrect invoices for over a year now because they billed the incorrect insurance and have not been able to correct it in their system. We are finding a different practitioner just for this reason alone.
I highly recommend Dr. Mendez. He is the best GI doctor I’ve ever had and always takes the times to listen and advise. His staff is also very kind and helpful.
