My biggest advice to anyone considering Lenordine Gardens: document everything and understand your rights as a tenant. After providing proper notice that I would not be renewing my lease, management charged me a “lease break fee” that I had to fight to have removed. We later vacated the apartment before the end of our lease term and were initially charged rent for the final month, which we understood and were prepared to pay because our lease had not yet ended. Horrible management, sort of nice area, but the management makes this place unbearable. Also, during a heat wave the “emergency” phone number, goes right to voice mail, which the voice mailbox is always full. So no emergency requests can go through. I can not wait to leave this place
