Tried contacting an agent about a rental in a hot area multiple times with no response. When I finally got lucky and got someone to pickup my call, I found out that they were already expecting an application on the unit later this week. Sure would have loved the chance to see the property and had a fair chance to apply before they went under application. Diane is wonderful to work with, highly recommend.
I’m baffled why Diane remains in this business when she can’t show basic courtesy by responding to messages. After answering her numerous questions, she failed to follow up. I contacted her about multiple properties but never received a proper response. Her dismissive behavior wastes people’s time, and I question whether her listings are even legitimate.
