Delivery drivers are rude and arrogant. And then to cover themselves up they just refund money to have nothing to do with a purchase. Drivers are rude and can’t follow instructions. Very unprofessional. Drivers have temper tantrums. They are proud egotistical whiners. Instead of fixing the situation the “owner” came an hour later to try and refund the money. This is all after they tried refusing to take the old appliance back with them when purchasing a new one.

Absolutely the best service we have had! Fair prices, fast service and always with a smile. “Shop small, shop local” at its best! Our frig, stove, washer, dryer and microwave are all from Leonardi Appliance! Kinda says it all.
