Rude bedside manor. Hard to understand.
Wonderful staff, very skilled and professional. The nurse who did my IV, I believe her name was Emily, was so smooth that it was painless and did not even leave a bruise or mark. I have gone to Dr. Weinstock for many years and plan to continue until he retires. I will probably then continue going to AEC because of the excellent care I have received and personable staff I have met there over the years.
I felt full confidence in Dr. Weinstock’s work and appreciate his communication with me after the procedure. Staff were professional, comforting, and communicating well. I was a bit surprised when asked just before the procedure if I had polyp history, thought it was in my records. Setting up the appointment was a bit challenging, I made several calls. Unlike what the letter said, no one called me for preregistration, I had to call twice.
All the staff from scheduling, preregistration, nursing, anesthetist, and Dr weinstock were all super. Very helpful, compassionate, and professional while also being very friendly.
Everyone was friendly and helpful. They made a stressful situation stress free. The doctor and nursing staff were awesome.
The advance registration process is comprehensive, leaving just a few in person signatures the day of the procedure. Dr. Weinstock’s office staff and nurses are wonderful and move along the process. The anesthesiologists are wonderful and teamed up with Dr. Weinstock provide a very caring and professional experience.
