I am extremely disappointed with the level of care at this practice. I attended an appointment a month ago specifically to receive a referral so I could be connected with a hospital. A month later, the hospital confirmed they never received any referral from this clinic under my name I hope the practice reviews its processes, because no patient should have to chase something so essential for this long.
Excellent doctors and nurse. The receptionists are very polite... I recommend this place.

At the time, she diagnosed decreased hearing and tinnitus but only referred me for a hearing test—there was no discussion or provision of immediate treatment. As widely known, sudden hearing loss requires urgent intervention, often involving steroids, especially if diagnostic services are delayed.
