Went here for the first time today and was massively impressed by the immense amount of care, patience and attention provided throughout the entire experience. Dr Vinodha Goundan is so calm, reassuring and friendly. Genuinely the nicest experience I’ve ever had going to the GP. Thank you to everyone working there for making it such a lovely experience. Being sick or injured is never fun, so when you’re met with care, it’s deeply appreciated. Keep doing what you do best guys 💖🫶🏼
The doctors are really nice, the receptionist and nurse are great. Would recommend
I am extremely disappointed with the level of care at this practice. I attended an appointment a month ago specifically to receive a referral so I could be connected with a hospital. A month later, the hospital confirmed they never received any referral from this clinic under my name I hope the practice reviews its processes, because no patient should have to chase something so essential for this long.
Excellent doctors and nurse. The receptionists are very polite... I recommend this place.
Please note this review is for Dr Charanya Sridharan only, not for the clinic. I saw Dr Charanya Sridharan at Riverton Family GP for sudden hearing loss in my right ear. At the time, she diagnosed decreased hearing and tinnitus but only referred me for a hearing test—there was no discussion or provision of immediate treatment. As widely known, sudden hearing loss requires urgent intervention, often involving steroids, especially if diagnostic services are delayed.
