After years of visiting other ophthalmologists and feeling miserable due to my severe dry eye and keratitis, I was referred to the institute. The wait time is way too long. They called me in and misplaced my chart, which resulted in me waiting for an hour and a half for absolutely no reason. They don’t respect your time here, it was also overbooked on top of that. They also used my full name to call me in the waiting room which is a HIPPAA violation. The doctor was very good with her explanations and very clearly had compassion for her patients. I think the front desk/technical staff just needs training, and less over booking to minimize errors.

let me start off by saying that Leisa was so wonderful,Caring, compassionate and needs more than just a pat on the back. The amount of care she showed me was more than 5stars !!!!! I had so many fears and worries and She eased my mind. She told me to breathe In relax and smell the roses and breathe out and blow out the candles .and that I’m in good hands. She put all my worries aside and showed so much compassion . I thank God for her . She has the professionalism of a Doctor who’s been doing this kind of work all her life .... read more
