I am pleased with the services received from my provider. Last time there I was told that they can write me an eyeglass prescription so this visit I requested one. Well I wasn’t told I’d be charged $60 for a refraction to check for glasses. Had I known that I would have gotten the prescription from the optometrist under my vision plan. To top that off the prescription did not list the PD for the glasses so I had to email them and ask for it to order the glasses. The folks at Tidewater Eye Centers are courteous and very knowledgeable in the performance of their jobs. Dr. Rappapport was through in examining my eyes and explaining what the problem was an what needed to be done to correct it.

My visit was exceptional. Customer service was incredible. Everyone seemed friendly, helpful, and polite. Dr. Rappaport is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, informative, and involving. Plus the place is very clean.

The technicians were very professional and pleasant considering the amount of work that has been placed on them. There has to be something the group can do to eliminate the 2 1/2 - 3 hour visits to the eye doctor. I notices my doctor referred me to an outside provider which was perfectly fine with me. I think the visits felt more personable when it was a little less patients sitting everywhere in every room. I will admit I'm not at all sad to be moving on. Thank you all for the great service I've received over the years.
