Inwould put less than 1 star if I could. Dr Philo is great, but his office staff, even after 5 phone calls and a complaint, refuse to send over a pre authorization request to my insurance for an abdominal ct scan, so after a month, my insurance hasn't received a pre authorization, so I can't get the CT scan the doctor ordered!!!!! Ridiculous, this is my health we're talking about
Excellent team! Super fast care and treated me very well and were communicative throughout the entire process. I’ll do all my colonoscopies here in the future. Recommend Dr. Philo and his team!
I appreciated greatly the professionalism, quality, and timely notification of the preparation required and results of the procedure. Everyone I dealt with at the facility was helpful, courteous and truly professional.
