I have experienced Leonard's professionalism for many years. In that time he has shown understanding and compassion numerous times. Once he dropped whatever he was doing and rushed to open the surgery for me. That is dedication and understanding. Thank you Leonard.

I am writing to thank Leonard Leung very much for the prompt and professional response to a mishap that happened last week. Unfortunately I broke a front tooth while eating. As it was around 8 pm, I called the surgery and left a message. Early the next morning, Leonard returned my call. I explained the situation, and he was able to arrange an appointment for me to come in to rebuild the tooth. I am so very grateful to Leonard for fixing my tooth without any delay.
