Great job in good econonmy, not sure if tough enough negotiating We used Leonard Leonard for the purchase and sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home. Although we were pleased at the time with the svc, we were not very savvy and the market in the areas where we were buying/selling was on fire. We drove the tough negotiating and felt that our realtor was not tough enough. Although we really liked our realtor personally, not sure we'd use her again, esp in this tough economy.
Friendliest Real Estate Agent Nan has been with Leonard Leonard a long time and we've worked with her a number of times, she is honest and down to earth. She's in the business for the long haul and KNOWS the old homes in Denver.
