Without Dr Leonard's experience and diagnostic expertise I would not be walking today. I Completely trust and value him as one of the most important orthopedic doctors in Maine
I am so surprised to read a negative review for Dr Leonard. My experience of him was that he was very knowledgable, thorough and concise. His experience lent itself to further his ability to correctly diagnose and offer a spot-on treatment plan for a difficult orthopedic problem. I would seek out Dr Leonard's expertise again in the future.
Beware! Dr. Leonard uses his wife as his exam "expert" and recorder without divulging this. He is 84 years old and should retire as it is evident he has some dementia as well as hearing issues; he mis-quotes in his reports and changes facts. He is also not up to date with current medical procedures or technology. He takes statements from old medical records out of context, which changes the meaning and further, ignores more current tests and documents to benefit his position. He puts patients at serious risk!
