If I could put down 0 stars, I would. I cannot comment on Dr. Kaplan's care because his office cancelled my appointment without consulting me the day before my appointment. I took time off of work for this appointment, which put me out a half a day's pay. When I called back to ask if my appointment was cancelled and why, they told me it was cancelled (without my consent) and they cancelled it because I had previously seen a GI. Very happy with my visit & procedure with Dr. Kaplan. He was very informative with great bed side manners. He has also helped my sister tremendously after years of digestive issues.
