Our son, Joshua Lucas Whaley was born on October 16, 1974 in Cottonwood Arizona. This baby boy only weighed 1 pound 14 ounces. He was flown to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Today he is a Masters level Social Worker in Bellingham, Washington. Joshua runs half- marathons, is a song writer and performing musician. He has a son in the Music Program at Western Washin... read more
What I love about Dr. Marks is that I don't feel rushed. Dr. Marks will give us time to ask questions for any concerns we have as parents. He brings a lot of knowledge and information that is science based. He gives us information that is educational and honest. I truly have a great experience with him.
Needs to retire, not open to discussion, communication, and he is very ego-driven. Practices more in line with guess work, disguised as "experience". More interested in making money as opposed to being a patient advocate. Needs to retire and make room for efficient, smart, younger doctors.
I went once to mr marks. Myself, as a director of a company which oversees thousands of people in harms way, are sometimes busy. On this day I was less than 5 minutes late to his appointment. He proceeded to lambast me in front of my child and accused me of "playing video games" as his time is important. Ignorantly, he did not care as to others reasons for delays; only his own. I was taken a back by such haughtiness trying not to mention how many times doctors leave their patients waiting.
Business response:
Thank you so much for this was a complement in disguise. I am not like other doctors and only leave patients waiting if previous patients are late forcing me to run over. If an early morning patient is 15 minutes late that could delay all of my other patients by 15 minutes causing over 2 hours of patient delay. If someone is only 5 minutes late I never "lambast" them; of course a "director of a company which oversees thousands of people" might have his/her own idea about how long 5 minutes is
