Absolutely horrible I WILL NOT be coming back I waited hours on end just for a few test results for a moment I thought they forgot about me because of how long I was waiting . It was only about 3 patients in the hospital when I went it’s no way I should have been waiting that long while nurses were just chatting THIS IS A JOB NOT A WEEKEND OFF
I went to the emergency room seeking pain relief from a terrible earache. Instead I get a prescription for a pharmacy that doesn't open for 3 more hours. Why not give me something to alleviate the pain. I'm pretty sure the bill will be hundreds of dollars anyway. Update I received my bill from ochsner and I was correct. They want to charge me $365 for a 10-minute visit where they didn't even give me any medication for the pain that I was going through.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother has been in the behavioral health unit for 2 weeks now; there has been minimal to no communication with us regarding her care. They have not done anything with her medications, the only treatment she is getting is group therapy daily. Someone called us from the nurses station claiming to be a nurse to discuss her care and discharge, then when we drove over an hour to pick her up we were told that a nurse did not call us and they don't know who it was.
