I had Lipo with him, and also found him to be arrogant and his office staff very unpleasant.
Dr. Grossman did a nice job on my liposuction and it was a very easy recovery. On the downside I found Dr. Grossman to be rude and arrogant and his staff very unprofessional and quite often rude as well. Additionally, I beg to question the integrity of this practice for reasons I will not disclose. Plastic surgery is a luxury and when a practice fails to realize the importance of customer service, one is surely to see their business dwindle. Also, he is very over-priced.
