After damaging my new car in a parking lot, I got three repair estimates. Leonard Evans was the most affordable, with a detailed quote that matched those of other shops. My husband’s positive experience with them influenced my choice. They did a fantastic job, finishing quickly with a perfect paint match. The price was fair, and they even washed and vacuumed my car. I highly recommend them.
Went through Leonard Evans to buy a first car for my daughter. Evaristo, the salesperson, was professional and did a great job. The finance manager, Marco, got me a great out the door price as well as getting a complimentary 3-month warranty on the vehicle which it wasn't supposed to qualify for. I usually hate going into dealerships because of the back and forth and hours of waiting. This wasn't the case; I was able to get a deal I was happy with and sign papers all within about 45 minutes after I was done test driving.
They don't even deserve one star! I was told and promise that they had the perfect car for me and everything did the application gave my all-in-all to them told them that I specifically wanted to work with the manager Jan who I spoke to from the beginning! Was promised the day I came up that Jan would be there and work with me. Got all the way up there cuz I lived far away. Was talking with them about getting a Ford escape. They gave me a quote for a down payment. When I came to pick it up they told me they put in new seat which raise the price by 2k. No mention of this before in the last few contacts I had with them. Ok, fine, whatever. But that DOUBLED my down payment.
