The doctor is good. Very good. I have been a patient for a while but I have to move on. Dr Dubin himself is good, but his staff is 200% horrible. I called for an emergency medication that I needed and a “Ma” or “Denise” (She was probably lying) hung up on me TWICE. I was not yelling or disrespectful, she just didn’t care. Dr. Dubin is an excellent allopathic medical doctor. Dr. Dubin is very knowledgeable and answers any questions you may have. Dr. Dubin takes into account what you want as a patient and communicates effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds. He’s humble and patient, not arrogant and pushy like some medical doctors. He’s a trustworthy medical doctor who truly cares for his patients.

I had a terrible experience here. Denise at the front desk was dismissive and rude, rolled her eyes at me and acted very unprofessional, people like her should not be allowed to work in the medical field at all. My appointment was booked 45 minutes earlier than promised, and they entered the wrong info and called the wrong number—so I never even saw the doctor. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
