Due to a surgery complication, I became a Type I overnight. The doctor stopped practicing and fled the State. I went to Atrium as a new patient and they were nasty, gave me a letter stating they were dumping me as a patient because I could not keep my A1C under control. I did not even know what A1C was. I had always been healthy. Thank God for Dr. Saltzman. I am alive today because he is trying to help me with my Type I. Everyday I thank God for him and my family does too. Amen!
Dr. Leonard Saltzman has been a wonderful Primary Care Physician for me and my wife. We both appreciate his professionalism and care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have been seeing Dr Saltzman for 20 years, and have had no complaints with him. He is always very thorough and takes time to answer any questions that I might have. He has always helped me with any medical problems. My husband, daughter and son all go to him. I would highly recommend him as a family physician.

Dr. Saltzman is just the kind of physician I was looking for. He is knowledgeable, throrough and most of all, patient focused. He treats his patients as the individuals they are and not just some statistical data. I am married to an RN with more than 40 years of experience who shared my opinion and is also his patient.
I wouldn't even give this Dr half a star, he has mis-diagnosed my family member for many years, he had the nerve as a professional to yell at my family, and as a professional, you do not lose it on your patient or their family just because they question you about medications and your methods of treatment. I've heard of many complaints on him from many people, but now, with our current situation, I agree with them! He is a sorry and unprofessional dr, and should be ashamed! What a joke!
Dr saltzman doesn't take time to ask questions and talk to you about your problems. He takes to steps in the door. Spends 2 mins and doesn't even take the time to answer questions. I will not go back and see him. My whole family feels the same way.
Dr. Saltzman will work you into his schedule the day you are sick. He listens very well and explain information to you on your level.
