Neighborhood is great, builder is NOT. DON'T BUY A HOUSE FROM THEM. They preach about how much pride they take in their work to blame every warranty ticket on the home owner. Refuse to fix our cracked door frame caused from poor instillation and have found every excuse to say it's our fault. Rather than argue, we will just pay for the repair.
