TERRIBLE! My husband works at the police dept and I am a nurse. We are very clean tennants who paid rent on time in full every month. Upon move out the house was left EXTREMELY clean and in excellent condition. I paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned and the lawn to be trimmed and cut. We scheduled a walk through Monday at 9 am. Arrangements were made to take off work etc to be there and we were called 30 min before and told that it would have to be rescheduled.
