I didn't do so well here... My realtor didn't give us accurate information about the house we wanted, so we bid low (we thought the property was only half of what it was, since that's what the realtor told us) and we were rejected. Come to find out a few months later that it was an entire acre, we bought it from the seller's realtor. leonard craver realty this a hands real estate company. they come out and discuss all your options in regard to selling your home. they make suggestions the things you need to do to improve the environment of the home. the agent follows up with what is going on in regard to the realtor's side of the job. i would recommend this Realtor for buying or selling your property
