Noise control. – The floors are EXTREMELY creaky and loud. You can hear every foot step above like an elephant is parading through. I asked how the noise level was when I viewed the apartment and the landlord said it was "great." I can hear every conversation my upstairs neighbors have as well as every foot step complete with it's very own creak. This apartment building is ridiculous. Don't waste your time.
