I have been bringing my pets to Dr. Carter and staff since 2008. Dr. Carter and John helped me with the passing of my dog shortly after I moved here. They were so caring, attentive, and patient. I became a patron for as long as they will have me. I have taken 4 dogs and a cat to them over the years and am always pleased with their service. Don't get them confused with other area veterinary offices with similar names! You will miss out!
Very friendly and attentive to both myself and my fur baby Luna. They take the time to explain all of your options and costs up front so there are no surprises.
One of the best animal clinics in San Antonio! They are always attentive, polite, kind. They also technology advanced and use modern ways of communicating and send your reminders when the appointment or vaccination is due, very useful. Convenient hours, they work on Saturdays.
My cat Tommy and dog Lizzy Lou go to Dr. Carter and we love her and the staff. Just last week I referred my mom to put her pet rat Monty down, yes a rat LOL. He was very old and had a huge tumor on his stomach in pain and not eating. My mom called her vet whom I will not name but let's just say it was close to UTSA and Babcock.
