As the doctor owner of multiple Optometry practices i have certain expectations when I walk in to a new practice. First off the front staff greeted me and followed through with all of my health insurances without a hitch. It reminded me of how important a helpful front staff is when they have to call the different insurances and put up with extended hold TIMES AND multiple people to deal with at the insurance companies .
