Hello: When I saw my pulmonologist March 6, 2018, he told me I needed to see an infection specialist and have a chest scan, he sent a note to Dr. Bencomo requiring an infection specialist visit and a scan. I never got the scan referral and had to make a doctor appointment beginning of May to finally get that referral. That's when I got yelled at by the referral employee who told me "it was NOT their responsability to let me know when a referral was ready".
