Terrible customer service, unpleasant, rude, cold and unfriendly, felt as if I was just a number rather than a patient. Did not spend much time explaining anything and quickly rushed out.
Fast, Efficient and courtesy. Had a great discussion with the doctor and put plans in motion.
Felt a little rushed by Dr McLean. Maybe it was just his fast manner of speaking. He actually excused himself a minute for a call . I'm sure he's a great doctor - it was probably just his fast paced job.
Hi I think a little slower than the speed at which we spoke. Dr. McClean is very nice. I like his direct approach and his kind manner. I would have liked a slower paced conversation so that I could absorb what he said and be better able to ask questions. I would like to know how the linzess works in the body to resolve constipation. Also how the lansoprazole works to reduce stomach acid or reflux. I think that the last CAR T Cell transplant chemotherapy treatment in September has put me on a slower thinking pace.
