I called today to make and appointment and I was told that I haven't been seen for 3 years so I would have to go to my regular physician first then they could refer me. This is not ok because I said that I have been experiencing Acid Reflux and would like an appointment to avoid the extra $350 dollar doctor visit to get referred to see Doctor Qiao. Horrible…. Just Horrible!!! Do not trust these people if you want to get better seek help elsewhere.
I just had my very 1st colonoscopy and it was extremely traumatizing. The sedation did not work because my IV blew, so I was 100% awake during the procedure and told Dr. Qiao and the nurses at least 5 times that I was in a tremendous amount of pain. They did nothing to help with my pain and just kept on with the procedure. I felt like my insides were being ripped out.
