Dr Kosek and his staff were amazing. Sue and Pam were always extremely helpful with frame selection and keeping us up to date with insurance and coverage. This new staff and Dr do not even come close. After being there for 2 hrs, I walked out with nothing but aggravation. No new glasses or even a prescription to get some at another place. Dr Kosek and his staff will be greatly missed.
