I have to agree with a few other reviews . Got an estimate, Leon seemed enthusiastic to do my roof and gutters and even take down a chimney. But then...nothing. No returned calls, no date set to get the work done, no nothing. Ghosted. I can't figure it out.
Do not want to come back to fix where they screwed up ,would not recommend
They did a fantastic job on my commercial property. Local, Family owned business.
I can’t comment on the quality of his work but his customer service is lacking. I was able to get a quick response with the initial quote and selecting shingles. But since then the communications have been sporadic to non existent. He won’t answer or return calls. After several attempts to connect I received a text they would start the next week but they never showed or called to give a an update. Very unprofessional. Based on this experience I would not recommend.
