I had the best experience today. I went to lane 9 and was greeted with a smile and great customer service.
Even if you show up 30 minutes before your appointment plan for at least a 60 minute wait . Extremely slow.
Arrived at 12:45 without an appointment. Signed up on the sign in sheet. At 2:45 they were taking people who arrived an hour after I signed in. I was told that they never added me to the electronic wait list. Terrible service. Awful. Would not recommend.
Ms. Hailey at the Lake Jackson branch is the best person to help you ( I guess she has to be since her window number is #1) She was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. She renewed my registration & handed me a new tag (10th yr) in under 5 minutes, with a smile. I made an appointment for 11:30, and waited only 3 minutes to be called to a window. Maybe the staff & hiring manager have changed, for the better. Today was a complete 180 compared to previous trips with long wait times and tellers who make you jump thru hoops. ... read more
