Absolutely love the appointment aspect! Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was prepared bc of information on their website to have everything for my drivers license change but the changing the tag confused me. The kind lady at window 7 gave me a checklist and helped me understand what I needed. I made another appointment to go back and was able to get my tag no problem. Thanks to everyone there for making it a very nice and efficient visit!
The lady in the front desk needs to be FIRED!! She is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. Didn’t even try to help us and had a nasty attitude the whole time.
Mario is such a great person he made me feel comfortable during the test and I passed due to me follow all the rules the correct way but Patrick on the other hand failed me first hand also joked on me for taking the test twice he fails everyone he’s not friendly at all don’t recommend him to come with you to take your test
Customer service is great! Courteous & very helpful. Went above & beyond to help get my license cleared & renewed. I will definitely go there again!! Thank you for all the help!!
