I made an appointment for this past Friday to get my new handicap sticker and the person at the door told me that she would have to cancel my appointment because I chose Hazmat. I explained to her that I had came all the way from my job for this appointment and there and I am sure that I ALWAYS check general services and I'm able to be seen. Website is broken - giving people the wrong appointment times.
Lady lied and told me my title was on file as electronic !!! I got to the title loan place and they told me it was of file as paper !! I specifically asked her before I left right before closing to double check that it was electronic and she assured me it was smh why lie??
