Very nice lady, lots of smiles. No lines, paid and security escorted me to the front door to point out the direction I need to walk to catch the bus home. Extremely decent. Beautiful trees surround this location. Felt as though I was sight seeing instead if paying my electric bill.
Very fast, a nice man helped me out, by far my favorite one to go to.
The receptionist and older male teller is very rude and unprofessional!!! This used to be my go to location but definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.
Change is needed. To have to schedule then wait days for an opening for the honor and pleasure of paying taxes that then are wasted in the system is ridiculous. Someone please run against Maloy and remove her from this dictatorship.
