Whomever i spoke to on the phone was not only rude, but also unattentive and inexperienced. Whomever the people are who are managing all these DMV's in Tallahassee all need to step it up, train their people correctly, and make the service they are suppose to be providing quick, simple, and easy rather than making it a pain to step into their offices. Service is good.
Beautiful facility and friendly staff when you finally get assistance. I waited 2 hours as a walk-in. All appointments and walk-ins check in via computer. The tax collector should be able to determine the percentage of walk-ins vs appointments and dedicate staff accordingly. In addition, the attached photo show a sign on wall. Your goal was not met today!
The only help you if you're black. If your white, you gotta have 3 proofs of everything. And jump through 10 hoops.
Except for one time, the folks at the Metropolitan office have ALWAYS been the best folks to work with in renewing tags, etc.
