I had a typical DMV experience unfortunately, not a good one. The employee helping me was incredibly rude and dismissive the entire time. She was more focused on chatting with her co-worker than doing her job, which led to a mistake on my transaction. I was there to renew my registration for two years, but she didn’t even bother to ask what I wanted and just processed it for one year instead. We went at 2:30pm on a Wednesday without an appointment. Everyone was back from lunch & we were in & out in 10 minutes.
The receptionist is super rude in a condescending way!!!! She is not helpful in any way. This is no one you want to be the first face you see when you enter a place of business. If this was a business and you were not forced to go there then they would be outta business. Do not go to this location in you can help it. If you do be prepared to be talked down to by the receptionist! She is above you and that job!!!
