Very rude and condescending
I just had over 20 teeth removed and New dentures installed. I was explained step by step what would happen. When the procedure started Dr. Segars made sure I was totally comfortable and I'm no pain. I thought he was working on first tooth and instead he was done with bottom. I never had a clue. These folks are first rate and they care about their patience. I saw first hand some of what they put up with on a daily basis and I give them my highest praise. I will recommend this office to anyone .
Very rude service. After 3 returns they still couldn't make the lower set fit right. Was told they couldn't do anything better. Then a few days over a year of wearing the upper plate broke in half. Their answer was too bad you are out of warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The best there is. You're greeted with a handshake if there's a problem there's no problem to him he can't fix you leave with a smile and a handshake absolutely the best in the Charleston area
