Great service , friendly staff
The staff noticed an issue with a piece of jewellery and, despite advising a possible 2 week delay, had the original repair as well as the one they had picked up by the next morning
My glasses were missing a screw & the jeweller fixed them on the spot free of charge. Legend.
We had a ring resized and are extremely satisfied with the service. Despite time constraints, they were able to complete the work on the very same day, which we truly appreciated. The consultation was excellent, and they even took the time to show us their workshop, which made the whole experience feel very professional and transparent. Highly recommended!
