I have been going to this location for ice cream for over 30 years have taken since little then my kids and grand kids. Is the best ice cream to me
Expensive and poor customer service. We placed an order totaling over $50. When we got home, we were missing an order of fries. No problem. The next day, I brought it to their attention and simply asked that it be credited to our new order. The manager accused me of lying and refused to credit my order. I suggested that customer satisfaction should’ve the foundation of a business and she just sneered at me.
