I have been to Leo's in Monroe a couple of times recently. It has always been clean and bright. The waitstaff has been friendly and attentive. The prices are comparable to other restaurants. My favorite dish was the chicken platter with hummus. Then I discovered the chicken gallaba with hummus. It is now my new favorite.
We tried here not to long after they first opened and were so excited to have a leos in Monroe. We were so disappointed and have always just gone to Leo's in woodhaven but tonight we thought we would give them another shot!! Yet again sadly disappointed. The gyro is terrible, it had 2 maybe 3 pieces of fake gyro meat barely any onion, just overall BAD!!The chicken pita my friend got was also terrible and she couldn't finish it. I will 100% not give this restaurant anymore of my money and will happily return to Leo's in Woodh... read more
