I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in asking for only the tips of my hair to be dyed pink, but instead the stylist bleached and dyed the majority of my hair. This was not at all what I asked for or agreed to. The bleaching process severely damaged my hair, leaving it burnt, dry, and extremely fragile.
