Pointless to call and make an appointment or to walk in. Make sure you're Hispanic or speak Spanish to go here. Wasted time rushing to get here after calling and confirming time -- 30 minutes and stylist Maria, just to be told when I got there, she has 3 other people's hair to do before me... but I can wait. Umm no. Very poor customer service and very unorganized.

All the professionals are very competent in what they do, especially Roxana manicure, excellent service, very friendly and polite and the hairdresser Edgar, excellent professional!! All the workers at this place are friendly and very polite!! I highly recommend it!! I love my hair every time I come here. I had a usual hair soon I went to, but they close too early everyday, so I stopped going. Leo's salon has reasonable hours and amazing staff. Doris does my hair (blow drying and flat iron). She's extremely friendly; definitely took great care of my hair. Overall it's a nice atmosphere, and the place is well-kept.
